We take utmost care while transporting vehicles, but in the rare case of damage, we offer a 72-hour damage resolution policy. Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.

We strongly recommend removing all personal belongings before transport. Any items left inside the vehicle are at the owner’s risk, and Oriental Car Carrier is not responsible for loss or damage to such items.

Yes, we offer door-to-door vehicle transport wherever possible. However, in areas with restricted access (e.g., narrow lanes, legal limitations), the vehicle may be delivered to the nearest accessible point.

The quotation provided to the client includes all applicable charges for the transport service. However, since every consignment has a different value, the risk coverage premium will be charged separately upon billing. Additionally, applicable taxes and surcharges will be billed separately at the time of final invoicing.
